Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a High School diploma. With at least 12 months’ work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a restaurant setting, must have sufficient knowledge of computer to do daily reports. Must be able to handle split and flexible schedules. Must be able to handle various customer complaints, control inventory of food, equipment, small ware and liquor and other items such as uniforms that needed monthly inventory report. Can do basic kitchen preparation and cooking during busy situations.

FRINGE BENEFITS Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any.
Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups. In-charge of making a weekly schedule, control labor hours (Front of the House and back of the House), Expense control, Monthly Inventory, analyzing any discrepancies Food & Beverage costing and knowledge of calculation. Familiar with Excel files, specially making new excel sheets with formulas. Perform as a model for all staff. Can work as a Server, host, expo, cashier, and bartender, too. Train all the staff in all sections. Schedule parties and make reservations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
